Refund and Returns Policy

Each artwork sold from our online shop is a one-of-a-kind artwork, created or printed once and sold as a single, original piece. Once an artwork is sold, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a refund or other reasonable resolution. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Shipping

Delivery Cost: Shipping is included in the price.

Delivery Time: Typically 5-7 business days for domestic (South Africa) shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments. If there are delays in delivery this will be communicated to you directly.
