3. Products & Descriptions

  • All artwork is described as accurately as possible.
  • Colours and textures may vary due to screen settings and display differences.
  • Handmade or limited works may contain natural variations and are not considered defects.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in ZAR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered electronically.
  • All digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files unless expressly licensed.

6. Physical Artwork & Shipping

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage.
  • Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
  • Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, text, and images are protected by copyright.
  • Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.

9. Commissions

  • Commissioned work requires agreed terms, pricing, and timelines.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Minor revisions may be allowed; major changes may incur additional fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the website or breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to South African courts.
